Project HOPE Thailand's Country Director Kanda Suthanun and Jeeranun Mongkondee, a Program
Coordinator visited Suksumran and Kapoe districts in Ranong province to meet the Public Health
Officers and district hospital doctors regarding to the Community Health Care project
to discuss the
need and reason of the
request medical equipment/supplies that were proposed
from Suksumran
and Kapoe districts
before purchasing from the company and discuss for
supporting the health
education activities,
training health care providers, training village health volunteer in the target areas
by emphasis on
maternal and child health issues such as: breast
feeding, ANC,PNC, and personal
hygiene to
prevent diarrhea in children less than 5 year-old etc.
